About the role

The Strategic Accounts Executive will play a key role in managing high-value accounts within the Performance Management division. This position requires strong account management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth for assigned accounts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning
  • Prepare and present regular reports to senior leadership on account performance and opportunities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or account management
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications

  • Experience in the Performance Management industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment
