About the role
The Strategic Accounts Executive will play a key role in managing high-value accounts within the Performance Management division. This position requires strong account management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth for assigned accounts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning
- Prepare and present regular reports to senior leadership on account performance and opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or account management
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Qualifications
- Experience in the Performance Management industry is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment
