Strategic Account Manager – Data Center & Cloud
We are working with a global leader in the analog and power management semiconductor industry that is continuing to expand its presence within the rapidly growing Data Center, Cloud, GPU and HPC markets. This role is an opportunity to take an established semiconductor portfolio into higher-value applications and develop deeper relationships with some of the world's leading technology companies.

- Juniper

- Oracle

- Dell
- HPE
Responsibilities
- Own and develop strategic relationships across key Data Center, Cloud, GPU and HPC accounts.
- Develop strategic business plans for assigned accounts and drive revenue growth.
- Identify new opportunities for higher-value semiconductor solutions within existing and new customer programs.
- Leverage established customer relationships to open doors, influence design activity and accelerate opportunities.
- Drive opportunities from initial discovery through to design win and revenue.
- Work closely with customers, distribution partners and internal teams to understand requirements and develop the right solutions.
- Collaborate closely with FAE, Sales, Marketing, Product and Engineering teams.
- Support the development of custom and semi-custom semiconductor solutions where appropriate.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with key technical and commercial stakeholders.
- Understand customer roadmaps and identify opportunities to position the company's next-generation products.
Requirements
- 5–10+ years of experience in semiconductor technical sales, account management or a related commercial role.
- Proven experience selling complex semiconductor solutions into major OEM, cloud, data center or computing customers.
- An established network and relationships within accounts such as NVIDIA, Cisco, Juniper, AWS, Oracle, AMD, Dell or HPE.
- A track record of taking opportunities from discovery through to revenue.
- Strong strategic account management and business development skills.
- Ability to work effectively with FAEs, engineering, product management and sales teams.
- Strong commercial acumen and a value-oriented approach to selling.
- A technical degree, ideally BSEE or a similar engineering discipline, is preferred.
- Power management / PMIC experience is highly desirable, but not essential.
Strong local FAE support will be available to provide the required technical expertise.
Benefits
- $180,000–$220,000 base salary.
- 30–35% annual bonus opportunity.
- Cash sign-on bonus.
- Long-term cash incentive, structured similarly to an RSU/LTI programme.
Mandarin / Taiwanese language skills would be highly advantageous, given the company's Taiwanese heritage and customer base, but this is not essential.
