About the role
As a Strategic Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving customer success by managing key accounts and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and develop strategies to meet those needs. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to build relationships, and a deep understanding of customer pain points.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a B2B environment
- Proven track record of driving customer success and building strong customer relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
- Experience with CRM systems and other customer relationship management tools

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually
