About the role
As a Strategic Account Manager, you’ll be the primary point of contact for managed accounts, including some of the most popular app makers on the App Store and Google Play. You’ll help ensure our members are getting the most out of Appfigures, build long-term relationships, and drive revenue growth through retention. In this position, you’ll collaborate with our sales, support, and product teams.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all managed accounts matters and cultivate trusted advisor relationships with our members and their stakeholders.
- Develop a clear understanding of customer business models and use cases; analyze customer data and develop strategies to improve customer retention and increase revenue.
- Increase user retention by ensuring members are aware and familiar with our solutions, including onboarding, ongoing training, etc.
- Stay up to date on new features and get members excited about upcoming announcements.
- Work closely with sales and customer support to identify opportunities for upselling and developing new business with existing customers.
- Manage inbound sales opportunities from discovery calls to customized demos and presentations.
- Perform annual account reviews and audits with users to help them get the maximum value out of Appfigures.
Requirements
- At least 2-3 years of account management (or similar) experience working with a SaaS/analytics product or in mobile.
- Experience working with data and analytics—doesn’t shy away from diving into the numbers.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills.
Qualifications
- Familiar with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot, Pipedrive).
- Proficient with spreadsheet software (Excel, Google Sheets).
- Experience with mobile-first companies.
