About the role
Are you a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a passion for sales and cloud technology? Do you thrive in an enterprise sales environment characterized by highly complex transactions? We’re looking for tenacious, gritty, eager and strategic account executives that will be instrumental in partnering with our prospects to drive Aviatrix to be the predominant cloud enterprise networking technology.
Position Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound sales activities to identify and connect with potential clients.
- Research and understand client needs and pain points to tailor solutions.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies.
- Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations.
- Negotiate and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant sales experience in security, networking, cloud, or infrastructure tooling.
- High curiosity and a deep desire to iterate, experiment and learn.
- High comfort with sales tooling, social media and LinkedIn outreach, GenAI and high leverage technologies.
- Demonstrated background as a team player and over-achiever against quota.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of cloud networking concepts is a plus.
- Experience successfully operating in a high integrity MEDDPICC environment is a plus.
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed.

Pay
The US OTE compensation range for this full-time position is $321,385 - $378,100 + benefits + 401(k) match + equity. The pay range is determined by the role, work location, job-related skills, level, experience and relevant education. The range displayed is applicable only for new hires for the listed position located in the US.
