Strategic Account Executive - Remote
About the role
The Strategic Account Executive is responsible for managing client interactions and account maintenance. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing client book of business with emphasis on building and fostering relationships.
- Proactively assessing, clarifying, and validating customer needs.
- Collaborating with co-workers and vendor contacts to resolve client concerns.
- Attending and coordinating meetings with clients, brokers, or PBMs.
- Escalating client or broker issues to PBMs.
- Analyzing plan performance and providing recommendations.
- Implementing timelines with PBMs and overseeing member communications.
- Maintaining internal documentation and systems.
- Assisting with various internal projects and process improvements.
- Managing RFP prescreening and finalist meetings.
- Reviewing quarterly newsletters and communications.
Responsibilities

Requirements
Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sales, account management, or a similar field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with healthcare industry terminology and processes preferred.

$80,000 to $90,000 per year.
