About the role

MicroCare, LLC was established in 1983 to meet the demands for precision cleaning fluids in the electronics and metal fabricating industries. The first MicroCare products were aerosol cleaning fluids for defluxing circuit boards. Since then, our line has grown.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement cleaning solutions for various industries
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction
• Contribute to the research and development of new cleaning fluids and technologies
• Provide technical support to customers and distributors
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in cleaning fluid formulation and/or application
• Strong understanding of chemical properties and their effects on materials
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cleaning fluid formulations and testing methods
• Experience with regulatory compliance and documentation
• Understanding of environmental impact and sustainability practices

Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Pay

Compensation is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
