Stove Cleaner - Steady Extra

Specific Job Functions

• Work with chemicals.
• Responsible for removal of garbage.
• Sweep and mop floors.
• Clean BIO'S in kitchen and back of the house areas.
• Maintain working knowledge and general cleaning of dish machine, and de-liming process.
• Operate buffer and vacuum machines.
• Must be able to use a ladder and or step stool.
• Clean walls, ceilings, hoods, light, and vent covers.
• Clean elevator.
• Dismantle and clean stoves, ovens, grills, broilers, and steamers on a daily basis.
• Work as a kitchen worker when needed.
• Clean all stainless steel tables and shelves.
• Drain and refill deep fryer tanks if needed.
• Perform other job related duties as requested.
• Pushing and carrying up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• At least one year experience as a kitchen worker required.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
• Excellent organizational skills a must.
• Must be detail oriented.
• Must be able to be exposed to hot water, cleaning chemicals and kitchen detergents.
• Professional appearance and demeanor a must.
• Must be able to work any shift.
