Store Room Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support Store Room Attendants and daily stockroom activities
• Cook up receiving, storage, picking, kitting, and shipment of materials
• Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation
• Maintain proper stock levels and location accuracy
• Train team members on processes, equipment operation, and safety procedures
• Enforce productivity, accuracy, and quality standards
• Troubleshoot inventory discrepancies and operational issues
• Support scheduling, workload balancing, and workflow optimization
• Operate material handling equipment as needed (forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks, order pickers)
• Maintain clean, organized, and compliant stockroom and warehouse spaces

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED
• Prior warehouse, stockroom, or distribution experience
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience
• Comfortable with inventory systems, RF scanners, and material tracking
• Ability to lift 5–50 lbs regularly and over 50 lbs occasionally
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Benefits

The base pay range for this position in Washington is $60,000 - $65,000 annually. Base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, qualifications, and location. Compensation in other geographies may vary. Certain KGPCo positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as bonuses. This position is eligible to participate in KGPCo’s benefits plans, starting on the 1st of the month following date of hire.
