About the role

Victra is the largest Verizon Authorized Retailer in the United States. As a Store Manager, you shape our guest experience by coaching your team to give their best to Every Guest, Every Time. You will develop your sales consultants and help them learn what it means to win at Victra.

Responsibilities

  • Drive for high-performance results within a fast-paced sales environment, focusing on optimizing customer and employee experience.
  • Complete training courses and attend weekly sales leadership calls.
  • Motivate your team to do their best in every guest interaction.
  • Lead by example on the sales floor, showing your coworkers how it is done.
  • Coach your team one on one and help them identify and fill any selling skill gaps.
  • Set and share daily/weekly/monthly goals with sales teams.
  • Provide your team with training and mentoring to deliver outstanding customer experience.
  • Handle customer flow and store traffic, resolve customer escalations in a timely manner, and maintain brand compliance.
  • Manage daily operational tasks, including analyzing staffing needs, reporting financial and sales data, managing cash, and ensuring store up-time and functionality.
  • Monitor inventory, restock shelves, manage the cleanliness of the store, and lead store merchandising and planogram compliance.
  • Run store opening and closing activities.
  • Collectively, you and your team will be responsible for attaining store targets daily/weekly/monthly.

Qualifications

  • Background in customer service within the retail, restaurant, or wireless industry preferred.
  • Experience in Customer Service or leadership role.
  • Management experience in a commission-based sales environment.
  • Proven history of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
  • Balanced multiple opposing priorities in a multifaceted environment.
  • Set goals, evaluate performance, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Basic interview skills and enhanced staffing knowledge.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Ability to lift ten pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
