About the role

The Store Production Team Member plays a crucial role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for customers, donors, and fellow team members. This position is available full-time and part-time.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in finding items they need and provide excellent service
• Manage inventory levels and ensure merchandise is displayed attractively
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
• Engage with donors to promote donations and support the community
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Excellent customer service skills
