About the role

The Store Production Team Member plays a crucial role in creating an awesome shopping experience for customers, donors, and fellow team members. This position supports the mission of the company by managing store operations and ensuring smooth customer service.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory and ensure stock levels are maintained
• Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service
• Operate cash registers and process transactions accurately
• Assist with donations and sorting of returned items
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions
• Ensure store cleanliness and safety standards are met

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs
