Store Production Team Member

About the role

The Store Production Team Member creates an awesome experience for customers, donors, and other team members. This position is available both full-time and part-time.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and ensure they have a positive shopping experience.
• Manage inventory, ensuring accurate counts and proper storage of merchandise.
• Handle donations, sorting and accepting items according to quality standards.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Support the store's operational needs, including but not limited to restocking shelves, cleaning, and maintaining store appearance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Basic computer literacy.

• Experience in retail or related field preferred.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
