Store Production Team Member

About the role

The Store Production Team Member creates an awesome experience for our Customers, Donors, and other Team Members. This position is available both Full Time and Part Time.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment for customers and donors
• Manage inventory and ensure merchandise is displayed attractively
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
• Operate cash registers and manage sales transactions accurately
• Support team members with training and guidance
• Participate in store events and promotions

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Experience in retail or customer service preferred
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
