The Store Production Team Member plays a crucial role in creating an awesome experience for customers, donors, and other team members. This position supports the mission of Thrift Proud by ensuring the smooth operation of the store.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized store environment
• Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service
• Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts
• Participate in regular training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge
• Support the store's operational efficiency through teamwork and collaboration

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
