About the role

The Store Production Team Member plays a crucial role in creating an awesome experience for customers, donors, and other team members. This position supports the mission of Thrift Proud by managing store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a positive environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage store operations including inventory, sales, and customer service
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Manage donations and ensure proper sorting and storage
• Support team members with training and development
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong communication skills
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
• Experience in retail or customer service preferred

• Valid driver's license (if applicable)
