The Store Production Team Member plays a crucial role in creating an awesome experience for customers, donors, and other team members. This position supports the mission of the company by ensuring that stores are stocked with gently-used, one-of-a-kind items that have been donated by the community.

Responsibilities

• Stock and organize merchandise in the store
• Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service
• Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate pricing
• Collaborate with other team members to maintain a clean and welcoming store environment
• Support the store's operational needs as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong communication skills
• Customer service orientation
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)

Pay

Starting pay ranges from $16.50 to $17.40 depending on job duty/position.
