About the role

The Store Production Team Member plays a crucial role in creating an awesome experience for customers, donors, and other team members. This position supports the mission of Savers and Value Village, which is to champion reuse and inspire a future where secondhand is second nature.

Responsibilities

• Assist in organizing and maintaining store inventory
• Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service
• Manage donations and ensure they are processed efficiently
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions
• Support store operations and events

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong communication skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Pay

Starting pay ranges from $17.00 to $17.92 depending on job duty/position.
