About the role

The Store Production Team Member plays a crucial role in creating an awesome experience for customers, donors, and other team members. This position supports the mission of Thrift Proud by managing store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage store operations, including inventory, stock levels, and product displays.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met throughout the store.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Manage donations, sorting, and accepting items from customers and donors.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Support the store manager in planning and executing promotional events and activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.

Pay
