The Store Production Team Member plays a crucial role in creating an awesome experience for customers, donors, and other team members. This position supports the mission of Thrift Proud by managing store operations and ensuring smooth customer service.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory and ensure store shelves are stocked with quality products.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service.
• Manage donations and ensure they are processed efficiently.
• Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately.
• Ensure store cleanliness and safety standards are met.
• Support team members with training and guidance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Experience with cash handling and point of sale systems.

Pay

Starting pay ranges from $16.00 to $21.08 per hour, depending on job duties and position.

Schedule
