About the role

The Store Production Team Member plays a crucial role in creating an awesome experience for customers, donors, and other team members. This position supports the mission of Thrift Proud by managing store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage store operations including inventory, stock rotation, and restocking
• Ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Manage donations and ensure proper sorting and storage
• Support team members with training and guidance
• Participate in store events and promotions

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Experience in retail or related field preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings

Pay
