Store Production Team Member

About the role

The Store Production Team Member creates an awesome experience for customers, donors, and other team members. This position is available both full-time and part-time.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and ensure they have a positive shopping experience.
• Manage inventory, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and items are displayed attractively.
• Handle donations, sorting and accepting gently-used items for resale.
• Collaborate with other team members to maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Support the store's operations, including opening and closing the store, and handling cash transactions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Basic computer literacy.
