Store Production Team Member

About the role

The Store Production Team Member creates an awesome experience for Customers, Donors, and other Team Members. This position is available both Full Time and Part Time.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment for all customers and donors.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure merchandise is displayed attractively.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
• Support the store's efforts in promoting sustainability and reuse.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in retail or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
