Store Production Team Member

About the role

The Store Production Team Member creates an awesome experience for customers, donors, and other team members. This position is available full-time and part-time.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and ensure they have a positive shopping experience.
• Manage inventory, ensuring stock levels are maintained and accurate.
• Handle donations, sorting and organizing items to be sold in the store.
• Operate cash registers and manage transactions accurately.
• Support team members with training and mentoring.
• Participate in store events and promotions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in retail, customer service, or a related field preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Positive attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills.
