About the role

The Store Production Team Member plays a crucial role in creating an awesome experience for customers, donors, and other team members. This position supports the mission of Thrift Proud by managing store operations and ensuring a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage store inventory and ensure accurate stock levels
• Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service
• Organize and maintain a clean, organized store environment
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth store operations
• Support the donation process and ensure donations are processed efficiently
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience preferred
• Experience with cash handling and basic accounting principles
• Knowledge of inventory management systems

Pay
