About the role

The Store Production Team Member creates an awesome experience for our Customers, Donors, and other Team Members. This role is available both Full Time and Part Time.

Responsibilities

  • Create a welcoming environment for all customers and donors.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure merchandise is displayed attractively.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
  • Assist with donations and sorting of returned items.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

  • Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
  • Knowledge of basic computer operations.
