About the role
The Store Production Team Member plays a crucial role in creating an awesome shopping experience for customers, donors, and fellow team members. This position supports the mission of the company by ensuring the smooth operation of the store.
Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized store environment
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts
- Participate in team meetings to discuss store operations and improvements
- Support the store manager in managing staff schedules and performance
- Contribute to the store's success through teamwork and collaboration
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
