Store Production Team Member

About the role

The Store Production Team Member creates an awesome experience for customers, donors, and other team members. This position is available both full-time and part-time.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to ensure they have a positive shopping experience
• Manage inventory levels and ensure merchandise is displayed attractively
• Handle donations and process returns according to company policies
• Collaborate with other team members to maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Support the store manager in achieving sales targets and operational goals

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail or customer service environment is preferred
• Passion for sustainability and environmental stewardship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
