Store Production Team Member

About the role

The Store Production Team Member plays a crucial role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for customers, donors, and fellow team members. This position supports the mission of Savers / Value Village, which champions reuse and helps divert billions of pounds of used items from landfills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in finding items they need and provide excellent customer service.
• Manage inventory, ensuring accurate counts and proper storage of merchandise.
• Handle donations, sorting and accepting items from the public.
• Operate cash registers and ensure accurate transactions.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Pay
