About the role

The Store Production Team Member plays a crucial role in creating an awesome experience for customers, donors, and other team members. This position supports the mission of Savers / Value Village, which champions reuse and inspires a future where secondhand is second nature.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer transactions, including sales, returns, and exchanges.
• Manage inventory, ensuring accurate counts and proper storage.
• Assist with donations, sorting, and processing items received from donors.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Support the store environment by maintaining cleanliness and order.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced environment is beneficial.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.

Pay

Starting pay ranges from $16.00 to $16.87 depending on job duty/position.

Schedule

Hours vary based on store location and operational needs, typically full-time positions offer 40 hours per week, while part-time positions can range from 10 to 30 hours per week.
