Responsibilities

• Manage, monitor, and support store operations
• Implement plans and processes to achieve sales and profit objectives
• Hire, coach, and develop top talent to maintain a high‑performance sales & service team
• Ensure a positive customer experience
• Control expenses, manage inventory, and protect assets

Requirements

• Knowledge of consumer tire products and services (required)
• Strong team‑leadership expertise with the ability to direct and motivate sales
• Proven experience in data analysis and using insights to make sound business decisions
• Track record of meeting or exceeding production, quality, efficiency, and customer‑service goals
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Management experience (required)
• Ability to perform tire work, including tire rotation, balancing, and installation
• Valid driver’s license, acceptable motor‑vehicle record, and successful pre‑employment testing
