About the Role

Our Store Managers are integral to the success of UGG, a division of Deckers Brands. In this role, you develop and motivate effective teams that engage customers and strengthen business results. You’ll lead a high-performing team aligned with company values, share our vision and mission, and foster a culture of trust and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a team through recruiting, training, development, and coaching to deliver personalized shopping experiences and promote brand loyalty.
• Maintain high training standards while adapting to business needs to increase sales and meet revenue goals.
• Oversee store inventory, cash, labor, and visual merchandising to uphold brand image and operational standards.
• Motivate and develop team members to meet short- and long-term business needs.
• Monitor industry trends and local competitors to anticipate and meet customer demands.
• Implement store administration and operations, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
• Manage inventory in partnership with corporate stakeholders to meet market needs.
• Maintain a recruiting network to build your store team.

Requirements

• Four (4) years minimum retail store management experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication skills to convey the Deckers Brands Vision and Mission.
• Proven leadership in a customer-facing environment.
• Track record of exceeding sales targets and managing costs for a store of comparable seasonality, volume, and size.
• Strong organizational skills to coordinate people, resources, and services.
• Problem-solving ability and agility to adapt to business needs, especially during peak seasons.
• Flexibility in schedule and hours to meet business demands.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Valid driver’s license.

Pay

The salary posted reflects the target for new hire salaries for this role at this specific store location: $80,000.00. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
