Responsibilities

• Lead a team that creates moments of connection and joy
• Manage a retail or customer service operation with 3 years of experience or 4+ years of US Military service
• Organize tasks efficiently and effectively
• Interact with customers and colleagues in a professional manner
• Coach and mentor team members with professional maturity
• Ensure the smooth operation of the coffeehouse

Requirements

• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• An entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sales-focused environment
• Leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor team members
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work full time (in excess of 40 hours per week)
• Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to be legally employed in the country in which you apply
