Store Manager - The North Face
for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate. Preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. First paragraph: description of company. That's about the role? Actually "About the role" maybe includes company description and job description summary. We'll put that in
under About the role. Then "Job Description The Store Manager leads day-to-day retail operations..." That's also about role. Could combine. We need sections: About the role (company overview + job summary). Responsibilities (Essential Job Functions/Key Job Responsibilities list). Requirements (Education & Experience Requirements). Qualifications? Actually they have "Qualifications Education & Experience Requirements". Might be overlapping. The instructions: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Skills). They gave list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which sections have content. We have: - About the role: company description and job summary. - Responsibilities: list of essential job functions. - Requirements: Education & Experience Requirements. - Qualifications: maybe Knowledge, Skills & Abilities? That could be Skills. - Skills: Knowledge, Skills & Abilities. - Benefits: Job Benefits & Perks. - Pay: budgeted salary range. - Schedule: maybe mention flexible schedule, evenings, weekends, holidays. That's in Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: "Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on peak retail and ski-season demand." Also maybe other schedule info. Thus we can create sections accordingly. We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual pay range. We must not include duplicated lines. We must remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. So remove the equal opportunity boilerplate at end, also the "Aspen One is an equal opportunity employer..." etc. Also remove "This job description is designed..." etc. Also remove "Physical demands" maybe? That's substantive? It's about work environment and physical demands. Could be part of About the role or maybe a separate section? Not in list. Could be omitted? But we must preserve ALL substantive information. The physical demands are substantive. Where to put? Could be under About the role or maybe a separate section not in list but we must only use those headings. Could incorporate into About the role or Responsibilities? Probably About the role includes work environment. We'll include a paragraph about physical demands under About the role. Also "Additional Information Work Environment and Physical Demands" is substantive. We must not include the "By accepting a position..." accommodation boilerplate etc. That's legal/EEO; remove. Also remove "Aspen One participates in E-Verify..." etc. Also remove "#ASPENHP2627" maybe? That's a tag; could be considered metadata; drop. Now craft HTML. Structure:

- Other company perks
Pay
The budgeted salary range for this position is $64,800 - $75,000. Actual pay will be dependent on budget and experience, all our salaried roles are eligible for bonus.
Schedule: we already included flexible schedule in Skills. But we could also create a Schedule section if there is specific schedule info beyond that. The posting mentions "Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on peak retail and ski-season demand." That's already in Skills. Could also note "Applications for this position will be considered on a rolling basis." That's not schedule. So maybe we don't need a separate Schedule section because we already covered schedule in Skills. However the instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we could omit Schedule if no distinct content beyond what's already in Skills. But we have schedule info; we could keep it in Skills. That's fine. We must not repeat job title as heading. We didn't. We must not put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings; we dropped #ASPENHP2627. We must not include boilerplate like EEO etc. We removed. Check for any leftover boilerplate: "Applications for this position will be considered on a rolling basis." That's substantive? It's about application process; instruction says remove application instructions. So we should remove that line. Indeed we must remove application instructions. So drop that sentence. Also "Enrollment dates differ across the various programs." That's part of benefits; we can keep as part of benefits description. We have "Paid Time Off Programs", "Paid Leave Programs", "Employee Ski Pass and Dependent Ski Passs", "Other company perks". Keep. Check for any other boilerplate: "By accepting a position with Aspen One, Aspen Snowmass, Aspen Ventures or Aspen Hospitality you acknowledge that you are able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation." That's legal; remove. "Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job." Remove. "To request accommodation during the application and interviewing process, please contact Human Resources at 970-300-7700." Remove. "This job description is designed to indicate the general nature and level of work. It is not designed to contain or be interpreted as a comprehensive list of all duties, responsibilities, and qualifications required of employees assigned to this job. Duties and responsibilities may change at any time with or without notice." Remove. "Aspen One is an equal opportunity employer (Minority/Female/Disabled/Veteran)." Remove. All the diversity statement etc. Remove. "For an overview of Aspen One Company's benefits and other compensation visit www.aspensnowmass.com/employment/benefits-and-perks" Remove? That's a link to benefits; could be considered boilerplate but it's a reference. Might be considered navigation? Probably remove. "Aspen One participates in E-Verify. E-Verify & Right to Work Poster" Remove. Now ensure we preserved all substantive info: company description, job summary, responsibilities list, requirements list, skills list, benefits list, pay range, schedule info (in skills). Also we kept "Ability to work a flexible schedule..." in skills. Check if any other substantive info: "Applications for this position will be considered on a rolling basis." removed as per instruction. Now produce HTML fragment. Make sure to use for each section heading. Use - for lists. Use
for prose.
We have multiple
sections: About the role, Pay.
Check if any other prose needed: maybe benefits intro sentence "This position is classified as a seasonal full-time position eligible for the following benefits:" could be a
then list. But we can keep as
- directly? The instruction: Use
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and
for prose. So the introductory sentence is prose, not a list item. So we should wrap that in
then
- for each benefit.
Similarly for responsibilities we have list items directly; no intro prose needed.
For requirements list, we can just list.
For skills list, we can just list.
Thus adjust Benefits section:
