Responsibilities
- Lead a team that creates moments of connection and joy
- Manage a retail or customer service operation with 3 years of experience or 4+ years of US Military service
- Organize tasks efficiently and effectively
- Interact professionally with customers and team members
- Coach and mentor team members with professional maturity
- Ensure the smooth operation of the coffeehouse
Requirements
- Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- An entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sales-focused environment
- Leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor team members
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to be legally employed in the country in which you apply
- Ability to work full-time (the work regularly demands in excess of 40 hours per week)
- Variable hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays

Pay
The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity.
Schedule
The schedule for roles below director is up to 120 hours annually, while roles at director or above are up to 200 hours annually.
