About the role
Responsible for managing store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining inventory.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations including opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure all store policies are adhered to and maintained.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Train and supervise store associates.
- Conduct regular store inspections to maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of retail management experience.
- Proven ability to manage staff effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Experience with point-of-sale systems.
