About the role

Responsible for managing store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining inventory.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily store operations including opening and closing procedures.
  • Ensure all store policies are adhered to and maintained.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
  • Train and supervise store associates.
  • Conduct regular store inspections to maintain cleanliness and safety standards.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of retail management experience.
  • Proven ability to manage staff effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Experience with point-of-sale systems.
