About the role

We are an independently operated grocery store chain serving the PA, NJ, and DE markets, and we are seeking experienced Store and Assistant Management professionals to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dynamic and diverse team in a fast-paced retail environment
• Schedule staff effectively to meet operational needs
• Develop and implement merchandising strategies to enhance customer experience
• Create and manage budgets to ensure financial stability
• Control expenses to maintain profitability
• Treat all employees and customers with respect and provide sound judgment in challenging situations
• Think creatively and innovatively to solve problems and improve processes
• Drive continuous improvement in all aspects of store operations

Requirements

• Prior supervisory or management experience
• Working knowledge of Scheduling, Merchandising, Budgeting, and Expense control
