About the role

The Store Manager at Pandora will lead a team of Assistant Store Managers, Sales Leads, and Sales Associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role offers the opportunity to immerse oneself in the brand culture and engage with customers daily.

Responsibilities

  • Coach and manage a team of Assistant Store Managers, Sales Leads, and Sales Associates
  • Build a genuine connection with fans and foster lasting connections beyond transactions
  • Create unforgettable shopping moments by displaying excellent product knowledge and building brand loyalty
  • Embrace the opportunities to exceed individual and store sales goals, setting new records and achieving remarkable success
  • Provide real-time feedback and guidance to empower the team in achieving their KPI goals
  • Craft loyal fans by authentically engaging and fostering lasting connections beyond transactions
  • Partner with the Divisional Sales Manager and Human Resource team to identify and resolve any performance issues and policy violations
  • Utilize your brilliance across talent, brand, operations, and fan experience, guaranteeing the timely implementation of visual merchandising directives, efficient operational processes, and continuous talent development
  • All other duties as assigned

Requirements

You must have at least 3-5 years of experience as a Store Manager in a high-performance selling environment. You should demonstrate a sense of Care in your communication skills, both written and verbal. You need to have a strong business acumen and analytical thinking to show and Deliver positive results. You should also be a talent magnet, skilled in recruiting, retaining, and developing exceptional teams. Succession planning and internal mobility are key aspects of your experience. Knowledge of general computer software (Microsoft Office 365 Suite) and retail point of sale systems is essential. You must be at least 18 years old and able to provide proof of identification and eligibility to work.

Qualifications

You must have a bachelor's degree in business administration, retail management, or a related field. Experience in the jewelry industry is preferred but not required.

Skills

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong business acumen and analytical thinking. Ability to build and retain exceptional teams. Strong organizational and leadership skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite and retail point of sale systems.

Pay

$77k to $90k

Schedule

A flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays is all part of the excitement. This can include standing for extended periods, ability to lift 50+ pounds, and timely arrival to work.
