About the Role
The Store Manager will be the ultimate Pandora fan, fully immersing themselves in our brand, culture, and product while taking immense pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role offers the opportunity to spend quality time on the sales floor, engaging with customers and working alongside your team to drive sales. As the Store Manager, you will coach and manage a team of Assistant Store Managers, Sales Leads, and Sales Associates.

- Provide real-time feedback and guidance to empower the team in achieving their KPI goals.
- Build loyal fans by authentically engaging and fostering lasting connections beyond transactions.
- Recruit, retain, and develop exceptional talent for seasonal and core hiring, including Assistant Store Managers, Sales Associates, and Sales Leads.
- Partner with the Divisional Sales Manager and Human Resources team to identify and resolve performance issues and policy violations.
- Ensure timely implementation of visual merchandising directives, efficient operational processes, and continuous talent development.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- At least 3-5 years of experience as a Store Manager in a high-performance selling environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a sense of care.
- Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization and charm an audience.
- Sharp business acumen and analytical thinking to deliver positive results.
- Proven ability to recruit, retain, and develop exceptional teams, with a focus on succession planning and internal mobility.
- Proficiency in general computer software (Microsoft Office 365 Suite) and retail point-of-sale systems.
- At least 18 years or older with proof of identity and eligibility to work.
- Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift 50+ pounds, and arrive to work on time.

Pay
Salary Range: $62,000 to $78,000

The Pandora North America team in the USA & Canada consists of more than 115 employees working at our offices in New York & Baltimore, over 80 in our Logistics Center in Columbia, Maryland, an additional 100 in field positions, and more than 3,900 in our owned and operated stores. The Pandora North American region as a whole encompasses over 1,400 points of sale, including over 420 concept stores, with more than 300 being owned and operated by Pandora.
