About the role
The Store Manager at Pandora will lead a team of Assistant Store Managers, Sales Leads, and Sales Associates, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales. This role requires a strong passion for the brand and the ability to build genuine connections with customers and team members.
Responsibilities
- Immerse yourself in the Pandora brand, culture, and product line.
- Coach and manage a team of Assistant Store Managers, Sales Leads, and Sales Associates.
- Create unforgettable shopping moments by displaying excellent product knowledge and fostering brand loyalty.
- Provide real-time feedback and guidance to empower the team to achieve their KPI goals.
- Craft loyal fans by authentically engaging and fostering lasting connections beyond transactions.
- Build your network and inspire the best talent into Pandora, including Assistant Store Managers, Sales Associates, and Sales Leads.
- Partner with the Divisional Sales Manager and Human Resource team to identify and resolve performance issues and policy violations.
- Utilize your brilliance across talent, brand, operations, and fan experience to implement visual merchandising directives, efficient operational processes, and continuous talent development.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Requirements
You must have at least 3-5 years of experience as a Store Manager in a high-performance selling environment. You should demonstrate a results-oriented approach, excellent communication skills, the ability to connect with people at all organizational levels, and a sharp business acumen. You should also have a proven track record in recruiting, retaining, and developing exceptional teams, including succession planning and internal mobility.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of general computer software (Microsoft Office 365 Suite).
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Pay
$68,000 - $85,000 commensurate with experience
