About the role

The Store Manager at Pandora will lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences while fully immersing themselves in the brand's culture and product offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Immerse in the brand culture and product offerings, taking pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Coach and manage a team of Assistant Store Managers, Sales Leads, and Sales Associates to achieve individual and store sales goals.
  • Create memorable shopping moments by showcasing excellent product knowledge and fostering brand loyalty.
  • Provide real-time feedback and guidance to empower the team to meet their Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Engage and build lasting connections with customers, turning them into loyal fans.
  • Maintain a strong network and attract top talent, ensuring succession planning and internal mobility.
  • Collaborate with the Divisional Sales Manager and Human Resources team to address performance issues and policy violations.
  • Implement visual merchandising directives, optimize operational processes, and develop the talent within the store.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Demonstrate results-oriented leadership with at least 3-5 years of experience as a Store Manager in a high-performance selling environment.
  • Show a sense of care in communication, both written and verbal, and possess the ability to charm and captivate audiences.
  • Display sharp business acumen and analytical thinking to deliver positive results.
  • Be a talent magnet, skilled in recruiting, retaining, and developing exceptional teams.
  • Have knowledge of general computer software (Microsoft Office 365 Suite) and retail point of sale systems.
  • Be at least 18 years old and able to provide proof of identification and eligibility to work.
  • Be open to a flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.

Pay

$68,000 - $85,000 commensurate with experience

Schedule

A flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays is all part of the excitement. This can include standing for extended periods, ability to lift 50+ pounds, and timely arrival to work.

The Pandora North America team in the USA & Canada consists of more than 115 employees working at our offices in New York & Baltimore, more than 80 in our Logistics Center in Columbia, Maryland, an additional 100 in field positions, and more than 3,900 in our owned and operated stores. Today, the USA is Pandora’s single largest market. The Pandora North American region as a whole encompasses over 1,400 points of sale, including over 420 concept stores, with more than 300 being owned and operated by Pandora.
