About the role

We are looking for a Store Manager – Optician to oversee one of our retail locations in the province of Modena (MO). The selected candidate will coordinate the team and daily operations in the store, ensuring high-quality service and maximum customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily store activities, ensuring alignment with company values.
• Coordinate and support the team, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
• Perform optician duties: vision checks, contact lens fitting, lens cutting and mounting, and sales.
• Supervise inventory, coordinating with headquarters to ensure the availability of optical products and services.
• Monitor store performance, maintaining a focus on service quality.
• Ensure compliance with company standards for order, cleanliness, and store safety.

Requirements

• Certification to practice as an Optician.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Store Manager.
• Strong organizational and management skills, with a team-oriented mindset.
• Customer-focused approach with the ability to provide attentive and personalized service.
• Problem-solving skills and effective priority management.
