Store Manager - On Deck (MOD)

Role: The Manager-in-Deck (MOD) is responsible for overseeing the overall store performance, including financial and operational aspects. This includes managing guest services, driving sales, controlling expenses, and ensuring profitability. Key Duties & Responsibilities People: Set expectations, communicate regularly with staff, ensure policy compliance, recruit and interview new employees, and conduct performance evaluations.Financials: Analyze business trends, develop strategies to maximize sales, review invoices, and maintain controls over assets and cash handling.Facilities: Maintain store cleanliness, uphold merchandising standards, inspect equipment, and manage inventory returns. Qualifications & Skills Minimum two years of management or equivalent experience in the automotive industry.Experience in team coaching, effective communication, and meeting sales/profit goals.Preferred background as an Automotive Technician, with a valid driver’s license.Ability to work at least five days including Saturday. Compensation & Benefits: $50,000 to $80,000 annually (depending on experience).
