Store Manager-Oakwood

About the Role

As a Victoria’s Secret & Co Store Manager, you’ll lead a world-renowned specialty retail brand, driving top-line sales and delivering exceptional customer and associate experiences. Reporting to the District Manager, you’ll oversee sales floor operations, team development, performance management, and visual merchandising while ensuring operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and demonstrate company values within the store.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through coaching, zoning, team selling, and personal selling.
• Conduct associate observations and provide coaching.
• Ensure all associate roles work cohesively for the benefit of the team and customers.
• Link results to behaviors and actions to drive top-line sales.
• Manage labor hours to optimize sales and profit.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards to uphold brand presentation.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership Teams for seamless communication and execution.
• Uphold company policies and procedures.
• Oversee tasks such as floorset mapping, product launch support, onboarding, and shipment processing.

• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and a variable schedule.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds, stand for long periods, and perform tasks requiring bending, kneeling, and stretching.
• Proficiency with technology (headsets, mobile devices, computers).
• 10+ years of retail leadership experience preferred.

Pay

Minimum Salary: $55,100.00
Maximum Salary: $66,100.00
Actual salary determined by skills, experience, geographic region, and other relevant factors.
