Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and enforce company standards.
• Manage cash handling, banking, and financial reporting.
• Hire, train, and develop store staff to meet performance goals.
• Order and manage inventory to ensure product availability.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health, and safety regulations.
• Optimize labor scheduling and control payroll costs.
