About the role

Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations including inventory management, staff scheduling, and store maintenance.
• Manage customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and market the store.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of retail management experience.
• Proven track record of increasing sales and improving customer satisfaction.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
