About the role
Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Oversee store operations including inventory management, staff scheduling, and store maintenance.
- Manage customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and market the store.
- Collaborate with other departments to align goals and support cross-promotion.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of retail management experience.
- Proven track record of increasing sales and improving customer satisfaction.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Experience with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
