Responsibilities

Requirements

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Proven track record of successful campaign execution and results-driven performance.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and PPC optimization techniques.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
