About the role

As a Store Manager at CosmoProf, you will lead a team of salon professionals, ensuring they deliver exceptional experiences to customers. Your responsibilities include managing store operations, achieving sales targets, and maintaining a safe and secure environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage talent and inspire your team to achieve outstanding results
• Ensure each customer receives an unforgettable experience and a custom-fit solution for their hair and beauty needs
• Oversee all store operations, focusing on maintaining budget, controlling expenses, growing sales, and managing inventory
• Protect customers, associates, and store assets by enforcing safety and security rules and procedures, as well as company policies
• Maintain a visually appealing store environment

Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of previous sales management experience
• Previous experience in operational, financial, and performance management
• Self-starter attitude with a drive to continuously learn, develop, and educate store personnel and customers
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Passion for all things hair and beauty

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license is a plus – but not required
• Proven leadership skills and a strong drive to succeed
• Belief in working hard but also having fun

Skills
