Store Manager, Micro Store - Wm Stores Management

Position Summary

Increases the quality of the customer experience by ensuring appropriate service levels and scheduling, effectively managing merchandise presentation, and overseeing food safety standards.

What you'll do...

• Ensures accurate and competitive pricing, proper signing, and inventory management.
• Maintains cleanliness and adheres to store standards.
• Audits and reviews accounting, receiving, and personnel records.
• Manages cash deposits, financial transactions, and payroll.
• Assists with customer service, resolves customer complaints, and delivers merchandise and prescriptions.
• Drives financial performance by controlling expenses and wages, and improving budgeted sales.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Initiates and coordinates community outreach programs.
• Supervises and develops associates.
• Strives for excellence in continuous improvements and adopting new technologies.

Pay

The annual salary range for this position is $65,000.00 - $100,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications: 2 years general management experience including financial accountability, 2 years supervising 10 or more associates/employees, and successful completion of job required trainings and assessments.
• Preferred qualifications: Experience in the retail industry.
