Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure outstanding Customer Service by providing a welcoming environment and managing customer interactions.
- Analyze and implement strategies to enhance sales and meet performance targets.
- Control store operations by managing inventory, expenses, and payroll according to company policies.
- Maintain a clean and attractive store environment, both inside and out.
- Stay informed about products, promotions, and competitors to provide effective customer service.
- Train and motivate employees to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
- Create and manage promotional displays to boost sales.
- Accurately receive and process merchandise deliveries.
- Enforce and teach company policies to staff.
- Maintain positive relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Hire, train, and develop new employees.
- Evaluate and address employee performance issues.
- Support company-wide initiatives and changes.
Essential Physical Requirements
- Able to lift 50 pounds, 4 feet high; and 20 pounds, 5 feet high, without assistance.
- Able to sit/stand for up to 8 hours.
- Able to work in various temperature and environmental conditions.
- Able to climb up to 5 feet on a ladder.
- Able to work independently under pressure.
- Able to work flexible hours as needed.
- Able to read, count, and write to complete documentation.
- Able to communicate effectively in English.
- Able to access all store facilities safely.
- Able to operate and use required equipment.
