Store Manager - Mesquite

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure outstanding Customer Service by providing a welcoming environment and managing customer interactions.
• Analyze and implement strategies to enhance sales and meet performance targets.
• Control store operations by managing inventory, expenses, and payroll according to company policies.
• Maintain a clean and attractive store environment, both inside and out.
• Stay informed about products, promotions, and competitors to provide effective customer service.
• Train and motivate employees to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
• Create and manage promotional displays to boost sales.
• Accurately receive and process merchandise deliveries.
• Enforce and teach company policies to staff.
• Maintain positive relationships with colleagues and customers.
• Hire, train, and develop new employees.
• Evaluate and address employee performance issues.
• Support company-wide initiatives and changes.

Essential Physical Requirements

• Able to lift 50 pounds, 4 feet high; and 20 pounds, 5 feet high, without assistance.
• Able to sit/stand for up to 8 hours.
• Able to work in various temperature and environmental conditions.
• Able to climb up to 5 feet on a ladder.
• Able to work independently under pressure.
• Able to work flexible hours as needed.
• Able to read, count, and write to complete documentation.
• Able to communicate effectively in English.
• Able to access all store facilities safely.
• Able to operate and use required equipment.
